SDrunner:

I use dailymile.com all the time! I'm a huge fan, and you can find me here: http://www.dailymile.com/people/simpsoka

Dailymile syncs with all sorts of devices, including the Nike+, so it's fairly easy to use both. I actually think it's too easy to use Nike+ on the dailymile site! I use Dailymile for the social connection part of running, and the Nike+ website for an intimate look at how my training is going. It works for me, but I'm a running tech nerd! I've found that dailymile.com has a more active community than Nike+ and I don't predict that will change in given the updates to the Nike+ site.

I think of the Nike+ as the poor man's Garmin. When you get down to it, Nike+ is just a pedometer that hooks up to a fancy flash website. If you want incredibly accurate feedback about your running, get a Garmin. If you're interested in keeping track of your mileage/pace/distance and don't mind the device giving you information that isn't dead on accurate (and already own a Nano, iPhod Touch, or iPhone), then get a Nike+.

Let me know if you want more info, I'm happy to help you make a decision!

Have you ever used or heard of DailyMile.com? It functions very much like the Nike+ website (logging miles, profiles, challenge friends, etc). I think I'm going to be getting a Nike+ in the near future and don't know whether I should switch over to Nike+ or keep using DailyMile. It might be too much work to use both.. Is there anything in Nike+ that you wished it did, but didn't?
