Kara tells me to run
I’ve gotten some questions about a workout that I’ve been doing recently called Kara Goucher’s Endurance Boost. It’s an excellent way to kick your training up a notch, and the best thing is that you don’t have to think. Kara tells you to run fast, you run fast, she says slow down, you slow down. It’s simple and the 40 minutes fly past. Before you know it, you’ve competed an excellent workout and feel amazing. Available on iTunes: ![]()

Hey Kathy! Good tip! As you know, I’ll do almost anything to get faster, so this is definitely worth a try!
