2008 Nike+ Rundown

Running with a Nike+ definitely has its advantages. Constant and instant feedback about your run during and after a workout is clutch, and a large reason why I use this gadget as one of my go to training tools. Another reason to use the Nike+ system is to take advantage of the way that Nike thinks about training, working out, and being an athlete. Nike has some experience in athletics, and I think it’s safe to say that they know their stuff. They are successful in motivating millions of people to get out and enjoy sports, community, and their bodies.

The most recent piece of motivation I received from Nike was a rundown of all the miles and workouts I’ve done over the past year with my Nike+ system. The data is creatively structured in abstract categories which gives me many more things to think about on the run, and more reasons to be happy about burning the rubber off so many pairs of running shoes.

Here’s my Nike+ Rundown for 2008, plus a tidbit from the entire Nike+ community.

I run with Nike+ too, and I’m really boosted now to log on and get my 2008 recap. I had no idea that Nike+ did this.

Your recap looks stellar, btw! I’m sure mine will be much less impressive, but still fabulous nonetheless.
